Coaching Built Entirely Around Your Athlete
1-on-1 Training is Future of Flag's most personalized program — every session is built from the ground up around one athlete's position, goals, and schedule. There's no group pacing and no generic curriculum. Just a coach, an athlete, and a plan designed to address exactly what that athlete needs to work on.
This is where our College Pathway story lives: with flag football now an NCAA D1 sport, college coaches are actively building rosters and recruiting. Sessions can include film review, highlight-reel planning, and direct position coaching aimed at getting your athlete in front of the right people.
1-on-1 sessions are flexible — pick the time, the focus, and the pace. Many families use 1-on-1 Training to supplement Skills Development or Speed & Agility, while others use it as a standalone, fully custom program.

Unlike our group programs, 1-on-1 Training doesn't run on a fixed weekly schedule. Instead, every athlete gets a plan built around their specific goals:

Initial Assessment
Coach and athlete (and parent, if desired) discuss goals, current level, and target areas.
- 02
Custom Session Plan
Your coach builds a plan around the position(s) and skills identified.
- 03
Ongoing Sessions
Book sessions weekly, biweekly, or as needed — whatever fits your athlete's schedule and season.
- 04
Progress Check-Ins
Periodic review of progress against goals, with adjustments to the plan as needed.
