Flag football is a non-contact version of American football where players wear flags on a belt. Instead of tackling, defenders pull a flag to stop a play. It is now a D1 NCAA sport, opening a clear collegiate pathway for athletes.

Our programs serve athletes ages 7–18. We have beginner-friendly sessions for new players and advanced tracks for athletes preparing for high school or collegiate competition.

Not at all! Many of our athletes are completely new to the sport. Our coaches design sessions for all experience levels, from first-timers to varsity players looking to sharpen their skills.

Wear athletic clothes and cleats (turf shoes work too). Bring a water bottle, a light snack, and a positive attitude. All training equipment is provided.

Absolutely! We offer group bookings for school teams, rec leagues, and organizations. Contact us at info@futureofflag.org to discuss scheduling and pricing.

With flag football now a D1 NCAA sport, college coaches are actively recruiting. Our College Pathway program prepares athletes with film, showcases, and direct connections to coaches actively building rosters.

Pricing for our ongoing programs — Skills Development, Speed & Agility, and 1-on-1 Training — is being finalized as we launch; contact us at info@futureofflag.org for current rates and availability. Our Inaugural Clinic is $149.99 per athlete for the full two-day event.

Every session follows the same proven structure: a dynamic warm-up, position-specific skill stations, live reps or small-group competition to apply what's been taught, and a cool-down with individual coach feedback. Athletes leave every session having touched the ball, run real routes, and gotten direct input from a coach.

Both work! Parents and guardians are welcome to stay and watch from the sideline, or you're welcome to drop off and pick up — whatever fits your schedule. We use a designated check-in/check-out area at the start and end of each session for athlete safety.

Flag football is a non-contact sport — instead of tackling, defenders pull a flag from the ball carrier's belt to end the play. That removes blocking and tackling from the game, which significantly lowers the risk of injury compared to tackle football while keeping all the speed, strategy, and competitiveness of the sport.

Athletes should wear athletic clothing they can move freely in, along with cleats or turf shoes (no metal spikes). Flag belts and flags are provided for every session. Optional but helpful: a mouthguard, padded gloves for catching, and sunscreen or a hat for outdoor sessions. A water bottle and light snack are always a good idea.

The Inaugural Clinic is a standalone two-day event — our landmark first gathering, open to all experience levels, with a single registration fee. Our ongoing programs (Skills Development, Speed & Agility, and 1-on-1 Training) are recurring weekly sessions designed for continued development. Many athletes start with the Inaugural Clinic and then move into one of our ongoing programs.

Future of Flag has partnered with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) for our Inaugural Clinic. FCA shares our mission of developing young athletes through strong coaching, character, and community, and we're proud to bring that partnership to our first event.

If you need to cancel, athletes who cancel at least 14 days before a clinic or session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event receive credit toward a future Future of Flag session instead of a refund. If Future of Flag cancels an event for any reason, registered athletes receive a full refund or credit toward a future session — their choice.

Our clinics and sessions are rain-or-shine — light rain won't stop us. In the event of lightning, severe storms, or unsafe field conditions, we'll pause or cancel for safety. If weather forces us to cancel, we'll notify families as early as possible and offer a makeup session or credit toward a future session.
